This is wheel thrown earthenware white clay kiln fired to over 1,800F.
 
Perfect for grinding garlic and adding oil to dip your favorite bread! Also great for ginger, cinnamon, and other herbs and vegatables. This os not as large or as sharp as the other listed grinders.
 
Microwave & dishwasher safe, but I recommend for the longer life of the ceramic to hand wash. Beware of thermal shock- read about it in the information section.
