This is wheel thrown stoneware white clay kiln fired to over 2,200F.
 
Perfect for grinding garlic and adding oil to dip your favorite bread! Also great for ginger, cinnamon, and other herbs and vegatables.
 
Microwave & dishwasher safe, but I recommend for the longer life of the ceramic to hand wash. Beware of thermal shock- read about it in the information section.
